Flat Pack Stool DIY

This is an instant download file of instructions and CAD files to construct your own stool. Although, this layout is designed to be cut on a CNC, this could be done with some basic hand tools.

This is a very simple/basic design that can be completed in a few hours with the proper tools and materials. Most tools are common wood working tools and the materials can be found at any local home goods store. You will need to get the required materials identified in the instructions.  This is designed for 3/4" plywood, but with proper adjustments, it could be used for other thicknesses/types of wood as well.  

This download includes full color detailed PDF instructions with the required tool list, material list, cut list and step by step instructions. The digital download also includes a variety of file formats for you to import into your CNC software. (these files even have the cut lines for dog-bones on the inner corners!) This will allow you to cut the parts on a wood CNC if you have access to one. You will need to create your own tool paths.
